Everything was great but expensive

If you pre-order 3pm for 7pm and still wait 8pm for the food, it can be as delicious as it wants ... More than every 2nd time there is a waiting time of over 2 hours and useless consoling. It tastes good, but as a delivery cive it's a disaster. Apparently the boss hasn't heard anything from transport bags to keep warm. If you offer warm sushi you should also deal with something like that.

Was seeing online that my delivery was ready. However I waited another 30min before it arrived and I live around the corner! The appetizer I included in my order was supposed to be warm - I got it totally cold. Also I'd expect some wasabi to come with any Suchi ordered. Not included - only 3 bags of soy sauce. No ginger either. Last week I went to the store to pick my stuff up by myself. I could observe how 4 of their staff were chatting extensively in the kitchen - they seemed to have a good entertaining time. I had to shout 3 times to be heard, so I could pick up my stuff. Three weeks ago I ordered an appetizer that comes with a cocktail sauce. Guess what - they missed to include that in the delivery. So to me that is failing 3 times big time. Miserable.

We ordered sushi on Tuesday. We have known the restaurant for years and have always been very satisfied with the quality - whether on delivery or in the restaurant itself. So I was all the more disappointed with the sushi rolls delivered on Tuesday. Not only was the delivery way too late (they apologized for it - ok), the bad thing was the absolutely poor quality of the sushi. It didn't deserve the name sushi and I should have had better packaged sushi at Aldi bought for half the price - the quality would definitely have been better. Everything fell apart, the taste was bland to inedible. The crunchy rolls were neither crunchy nor edible at all. The only acceptable food was the salad. I don't know what caused such quality degradation. At least for me it was the last time sushi from here. Even if it is currently a difficult situation for the catering industry - something like this simply must not happen. A certain minimum standard should always be possible. Please make a little more effort in the future. There is definitely competition in Halle and a good name can be ruined faster than it can ever be rebuilt.

Total waiting time 2 hours with a planned 50 minutes. 50 minutes after departure still nothing! (Travel time by car 10 minutes or by bike 12 minutes) I drive the route every day so I know the times ... When it arrived ... cold sushi even though it should be warm ... respect! When asked on the phone where it stayed, only “it's on the way” came up. No apology or anything like that. Weak.

I've been eating sushi for many years and also know the sushi friends very well. Unfortunately, the quality in this branch has decreased a lot recently. The sushi is often not rolled "ready" and falls apart just by looking at it. Furthermore, the roles are often rolled carelessly, I wonder what the shift supervisor even allows this to go through ... I have already complained twice by email (even with a photo of the meal) but unfortunately haven't received any feedback until today. Last week I will probably have ordered sushi for the last time (for over 50 EURO), because here too everything was carelessly thrown together and prepared. It's a shame, because I knew it differently many years ago ...

After 2.5 hours the food came, it was cold and during the repeated phone calls neither an explanation nor an apology was given. Not here anymore.

Nice little restaurant. For me, from abroad, an insider tip. - Young student staff, very friendly, gave me good advice on my selection. The food was surprisingly dimensionally stable - very FRESH! ! - Tasted very 'good'! - Thanks for this one Eat-out-tip! - Keep it up! - I'll be back, definitely ***** !!

Sushi is ok, unfortunately the service is not good

The portions are unfortunately very small for the price. It's actually tasty, but I didn't get anywhere near full. In addition, there seem to be more arguments among the workforce. We often heard aggressive voices from the kitchen, where the chef appeared to be yelling at and shouting at the cook. The boss of this place is a very unpleasant person anyway. All in all, we will never eat here again. The small portions and the uncomfortable atmosphere ruined the evening completely.

Whether ordered or on site - my absolute favorite sushi. The quality is known far beyond Halle. The restaurant is small, clean and functional. Unfortunately, I no longer like the location. The restaurant used to be near the opera.

When you order something to eat you actually expect to be full of it. The portions cost as much as always but are only half as small. That is an absolute cheek for such prices. There is one star for the fact that the food tasted good despite everything. But this is the last time we have ordered there.

The food was tasty. The delivery was faster than announced by a friendly young woman. Unfortunately something was not included with my order. However, since I only noticed this error after the restaurant was closed, I immediately called the next day at 11:30 a.m. Unfortunately, I only received a snappy standardized answer: complaints can only be made on the same day. Unfortunately, there was no insight or apology for the mistake, which was obviously not mine. Therefore I will have to order my sushi somewhere else in the future.

We were eating there today and are thrilled. The ambiance is very inviting. We sat very comfortable. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The sushi was delicious and fresh but the appetizers were awesome .... so delicious. We'll be back for sure

Can't complain. You make the best sushi in Halle. I love to order. Everything freshly and lovingly prepared. Price fits too. Delivery always around 30 min. That is OK for me. Staff on the phone always friendly and tried hard. Keep it up!
